About the Presenters:


Lindsay Young

Building relationships and establishing company culture are two of Lindsay’s passions. Teamwork is imperative in building successful businesses, and Lindsay helps connect the right people to make that happen. Marketing is more than just advertising, it encompasses everything a company does. Lindsay sees the big, strategic picture and how marketing plays a role both internally and externally in a company’s vision and culture.


With over twelve years of experience in the building industry, Lindsay has helped small and medium sized firms build marketing departments. She helps establish the message and company culture internally and externally with her clients. Lindsay is very active in several industry organizations including Society for Marketing Professional Services, AGC of Kansas, and ABC of Arkansas. She is also an active member of Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce and Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce. 


Ashley Thill
Zernco, Inc. and AZ Advisory Group


There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the business world who can naturally build relationships, trust, and rapport with anyone they encounter and leverage these relationships to help business owners, clients, and employees achieve their professional goals. Ashley Thill is one of these leaders.


She is the CEO of Zernco, Inc., a general contractor based in Wichita, Kansas. Throughout her career Ashley has consulted with entrepreneurs and business owners helping them to develop effective strategies to make their business dreams become reality. Ashley founded A Z Advisory Group to reach the broader business community with her vision and ability to effect change. Areas of specialization include working with executive teams to bring core values, vision, and people together. She is also a Certified Facilitator and Coach for The Alternative Board to help small and medium sized business owners and CEOs achieve business success.


She is the founding partner and serves on the Board of Directors for Build-Pride, Vice President for Women Entrepreneurs of Kansas, and serves on the board for Wichita Chamber of Commerce.
