June 12 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

“Well that could have been summed up in an email!” Sound familiar? How many meetings have we suffered through that left us with that thought? Ineffective sessions that are disorganized or irrelevant leave members frustrated and resentful. Knowing how to host an effective meeting that keeps members involved with the conversation and not spending time perusing social media sites on their cell phone is
essential. So, how do you lead a meeting that members will find productive, engaging, and beneficial?

In this presentation, you will discover simple steps that will transform your meetings from pointless to productive. You will learn how to craft a strategically designed agenda that will insure a productive session, garner focus, increase engagement, and maximize goal achievement through enhanced communication skills.
