SUMMARY:SMPS Wichita Tour of Spaghetti Works and Social
DESCRIPTION:— This event is FREE for SMPS members. — \nTour \nThe Spaghetti Works project is the starting point for a new development that city leaders and others see as a potential catalyst in a key area between Union Station and Intrust Bank Arena. \nDevelopers Landmark Commercial\, TGC Development Group and Sunflower Development Group have converted the 1894 Spaghetti Works building into 41 apartments.  In front of the building will be parking and a 60\,000-square-foot Class A office and retail complex.  Also on the site will be a programmed urban park with lots of ammenities. \nTour the site including both the apartments and the commercial/business side\, and learn more about the history and back story involved in its creation.  Brett Harris from Landmark Commercial and Gary Garrett with Hutton will be our guides. \nSocial \nFollowing the tour\, we’ll be having a social event at nearby Pourhouse (711 E.
